Marquette – U.P. Veg Resource will show the DVD “Supercharge Me” on Thursday, March 25 at 6 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
Follow Jenna Norwood’s journey as she realizes her lack of healthy eating is making her sick and enrolls in a 30-day raw food detox program. Norwood eats only uncooked fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds for 30 days and documents the effects it has on her health. The movie features interviews with noted raw vegan David Wolfe, as well as others who follow the diet.
