Marquette – The Michigan Medicare/Medicaid Assistance Program will offer a free seminar and enrollment event on Wednesday, November 18 at 1 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Library in Marquette.
Medicare prescription drug and health plans increase their costs and alter aspects of their coverage each year. Most people can only make changes between November 15 and December 31.
Seminar topics will include what Medicaid recipients need to know when deciding whether to change their plans and programs that are available to help pay Medicare costs.
After a short presentation, MMAP counselors will assist attendees one-on-one to help them review their choices for the coming year.
