Marquette Freshmen closes its season with huge win over Negaunee, 62-18

MSHS FootballThe Marquette Senior High School Freshmen football team defeated the Neguanee Miners, 62-18, in their last game of the season in Negaunee, Michigan on Wednesday, October 22, 2008.

The Redmen, under head coach Dave L'Huillier, had a phenomenal season. The Redmen only lost two games all season to Iron Mountain and Menominee. Running back, Garrett Pentecost, led the team in touchdowns scored. Power back, Kasim Koonala, wasn't far behind in touchdowns and led the defense in tackles.
