The Northern Michigan University Wildcat hockey team defeated the Ohio State University Buckeyes, 3-1 at the Berry Events Center on November 21, 2008 in Marquette, Michigan.
Goaltender, Brian Stewart left the game early because of a knee injury. NMU was prepared as they had the two back-up goalies dressed and ready for play. Devan Hartigan replaced the injured Stewart and had a pretty good game.
