A student team from Michigan Technological University will be competing in the National Concrete Canoe Competition held in Montreal, Canada from June 19th to the 21st. The team has to design, build, and race a canoe made primarily of concrete. Scott Rutledge, the chair of the committee on concrete canoe competitions speaks on the event.
