The continuing battle against sea lampreys will come to locations in the local area. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service assessment crew will conduct work on Dead River and Harlow Creek during June 24th – July 3rd to estimate the abundance of lampreys in these streams. The information gathered will be used to determine the need for sea lamprey control. Fish biologist Michael Fodale comments.
