A treasure hunt benefit will be held in Michigamme beginning at noon on Saturday, July 5th at The Treasure Chest on East Main St. Registration is from 11 a.m. to noon with registration fees at $10 per person or $20 per family. Proceeds will help pay for the 1900 steam-pumped fire engine that Michigamme Township reacquired last year. Virginia Olson comments.
