UP Citizen Advisory Councils

DNRThe DNR's newly created UP Citizen Advisory Councils will be holding their first meetings on August 11th for the eastern UP and August 12th for the Western. The councils were formed to give the public more of a feedback and information loop with the DNR. The eastern council meeting will be held at the Luce Mackinac Alger Schoolcraft District Health Department at 14150 Hamilton Lake Road in Newberry from 6:30 to 8:30 pm and the western council will meet at the Country Kitchen at 850 US 41 West in Ishpeming, also from 6:30 to 8:30 pm. The Meetings are open to the public.
