The Zodiac Trio, a clarinet-piano-violin trio will be performing at NMU’s Reynolds Recital Hall Friday, November 1st! The concert will begin at 7:30p.m. Two additional free events will take place earlier in the day at 11:00a.m. and 1:00p.m.
The Zodiac Trio is known for presenting masterpieces for their unconventional instrumentation alongside hidden gems, arrangements, and the occasional duo/solo in a concert experience marked with special gusto, virtuously and energy.
Today the Zodiac Trio enjoys an international concert schedule that consistently spans three continents and is recognized by many to be one of the foremost clarinet-piano-violin ensembles performing today. Since its formation, the Zodiac Trio has managed to achieve a level of recognition on the international chamber of music stage, rarely bestowed upon an ensemble of such untraditional instrumentation.
This concert is the second concert of NMU’s 2024-2025 Siril Concert Series, brought to you by the NMU Department of Music and the Siril Endowment for the Musical Arts. For more information about the Siril Series, click here.
