In need of a glamorous new dress for the prom? Worry not! The Peter White Public Library is holding its 2nd annual Prom Swap in their Community Room. At this public event you may show up and find just the dress you’ve been looking for. Free of Charge. Youth in grades 9th-12th are welcome to come pick out a dress that suits them. No admission is required.
