Spelunking at Pictured Rocks

Michigan Sierra Club Wilderness Guides and Instructors Michael Neiger and Todd Theoret will take you on a photographic tour of the Lakeshore’s best grottos and caverns — including the mother of all caves, the 2,000-person Amphitheater Cave. Many of the 550 wilderness caves in the Lakeshore are secluded in the backcountry, some over a mile away from the shore of Lake Superior. No admission charge.
