The Upper Peninsula Partnerships for Safety will be holding a volunteer informational meeting on Thursday, February 7 from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Peter White Public Library. Board Member Jodi McCollum explains that the mission of this non-profit organization is to provide public information and safety education for all forms of physical activity, in order to assist children and adults in prevention of injury, serious trauma and death.
