Discussion of the possibility of marijuana being legalized in Michigan for medicinal purposes. The petition has been validated, and the State legislature has 40 legislative sessions as an opportunity to act on the measure. They are expected to not act, and the issue will most likely be put on the ballot to be decided by voters this November.
