Feb 22nd at 7:00pm at the Peter White Community Room, presentation called, “George Shiras the photographer”. George Shiras III invented taking pictures of wildlife in the dark. He has been called the father of wildlife photography. the presenter is photo historian Jack Deo. Examples of camera equipment from the 1920's will be on display, along with pictures taken.
