The Northern Center for Lifelong Learning is offering free monthly support group meetings, “When Life is Hard,” for individuals facing such challenges as bereavement, health issues and family relationship problems. Sessions will be led by David Mair, retired minister and NCLL member. There will be a meeting on Tuesday, April 24 from 10 a.m. to noon at the First Presbyterian Church in Marquette. The group will meet on the fourth Tuesday of each month through May. Participants may attend as many or as few meetings as desired. To register or for more information, call Rev. Mair at 227-9470.
