Marquette – The Citizens for Peace and Justice will present the 2009 Young Peace Maker Award to Faith Laken and Anastia Greer on Monday, June 8 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
This cash award is given to area high school seniors who have worked for peace and justice.
Included in the event will be a presentation from area residents visit to Columbia. The session will conclude with a question and answer period.
