The Marquette Branch of the AAUW (American Association of University Women) will start out its year with a salad supper on Thursday, September 8 at 6 p.m. at the Federated Women's Clubhouse, at Front St. and Ridge in Marquette. All women with a baccalaureate degree are invited to attend and to learn more about the organization. Sharon Rice will present the program on “Women of Ghana,” an outgrowth of the month Sharon spent in Ghana visiting her daughter who is serving in the Peace Corps there.
