As a pre-Finn Grand Fest event, a blue and white Bicycle & Stroller Decorating Contest will be held on Wednesday, August 10 starting with stroller registration at 3 p.m. and bike registration at 4 p.m. at the back parking lot of Interiors by Design, corner of Front and Bluff Streets in Marquette.
