A reception for the returning delegation will be held on Wednesday, June 29th at 7:00 pm in the Community Room located in the lower level of the Peter White Library. The reception is free and open to the public. A social hour, including appetizers and green tea will take place from 7:00 – 7:30 pm where a slide show and photo albums will be available for viewing. An informal presentation and question and answer session will begin at 7:30 pm. Delegates will speak about their experience in our Sister City and answer questions.
