The Adult and Youth Enrichment Program of Marquette is hosting a “Lifestyle Matters” program focusing on discovering the relationship between stress, nutrition, and lifestyle. The four session class is being held at Marquette High School beginning Monday, January 23 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Cost for the class is $10, and registration is required by calling (906) 225-5290.
