Negaunee – The Negaunee Senior Center will host a free monthly historical workshop series focusing on local history authors, to follow the center's Wednesday social luncheons.
The series will kick off on Wednesday, January 7 at noon with Tyler Tichelaar.
Tichelaar is the author of the “Marquette Trilogy,” a family saga covering seven generations between 1849-1999, centering on the pioneers who settled Upper Michigan.
He is also the author of “Narrow Lives.” His latest book, “The Only Thing That Lasts,” will be published this spring.
