A community meal will be held at First United Methodist Church, 111 E. Ridge St. in Marquette, on Wednesday, January 11 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in the social room of the church. They will provide a home-cooked meal and fellowship to those who may not have the financial means to eat regularly and/or lack companionship. Assistance with information on community resources and services are also available at the meal. For additional information, call the church office at (906) 225-1344.
