Marquette – The YMCA of Marquette County will offer a new class for those recovering or planning bariatric surgery, beginning on Wednesday, January 7 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Marquette YMCA.
This six-week program will be led by a certified personal trainer who will help participants use exercise to increase metabolic rate, improve skin elasticity and maintain muscle mass, as well as reduce stress and improve overall cardiovascular status.
