A Marquette County man has been convicted of 10 Counts related to Criminal Sexual Conduct With a Child. 19-year-old Daniel Jeremiah Miller was convicted on five counts of first-degree C-S-C with a victim under the age of 13, two counts of 2nd Degree C-S-C, and three counts of accosting a minor for immoral purposes. The verdict came down yesterday after a three-day jury trial.  Miller faces a minimum of 25 years and up to life in prison on each of the 1st Degree C-S-C counts as well as up to fifteen years on each 2nd Degree count and four years for each Accosting count.  He may be consecutively sentenced.
