SUMMON SPRING is an afternoon of family fun, music and readings on Saturday, March 7th from 4-6 PM, at Campfire Coworks, 132 W. Washington Street, Marquette. U.P. Poet Laureate, Martin Achatz and author B.G. Bradley will perform a dramatic reading of Green Eggs & Ham. Visitors can listen to music by Beechgrove & Blacksmith and fresh words by Esther Margaret Ayers, Milton Bates, Amber Edmondson, and Lisa Fosmo or solve Escape Marquette’s special onsite puzzle and escape Winter in a green scene selfie photo booth. Spring treasures will be for sale including Cindy Engle’s fused glass pieces and items from Wild Pages. Spring flowers from Flower Works. Fun, free green refreshments will be provided.
