Big Bay, MI – Bay Cliff Health Camp will offer a Stroke Wellness Retreat September 12-16, 2019. Applications will be accepted through September 4th.
The program is for stroke survivors living at home or in a nursing facility in the Upper Peninsula. With help from Blue Cross Blue Shield, the retreat is completely free of charge.
