“Don't Distress, De-Stress” will be offered on Thursday, April 20 by Keweenaw Memorial Medical Center at 6 p.m. at the Irish Times. Gary Kilpela, Psy.D., LP will present information on stress, stress relief, and related conditions. The presentation will be offered along with dinner. through April 17.
