What’s Up Dock?! A History of the Harbor

Marquette, MIDecember 1, 2018 – The Marquette Regional History Center presents: What’s Up Dock?! A History of the Harbor on Thursday January 24 at 7:00 pm.

Sit back and enjoy this popular walking tour in the warm comfort of Kaufman Auditorium! Jim Koski and Jack Deo pair up to tell you more about the docks and the harbor. The show will feature a history of the docks, schooners, and freighters, the fishing industry, shipwrecks and fires. See rare and never seen before photographs from the Superior View and Longyear Library collections. Watch vintage movie footage of the ore docks and harbor, too.

This is a fundraiser for the Marquette Regional History Center. Tickets are $15 first floor seating/$20 balcony seating in advance; $20 first floor seating/$25 balcony seating at the door.
