Michigan Protection Advocacy Service MPAS is offering a free informational session for parents of children struggling in school. The session will focus on identifying suspected learning, attentional andor behavioral problems in children, and the options available to assist through various special education laws. Presenters include MPAS, Dr. Steve Morris, Michael Reed of Pathways, and Valerie Valima and Vivian Dermyer from the Special Education Department at Marquette Area Public Schools. The informative overview will be held on Saturday, April 1 from 8:30 a.m.
