Houghton – A Crime Victims Rights Week Candlelight Vigil will be held on Thursday, April 30 at 7 p.m. in front of Dial Help in Houghton.
There will also be an open house starting at 6 p.m. with an opportunity for the public to obtain information on various agencies in the area, including Dial Help.
