Ishpeming – A Potluck Benefit Dinner will be held on Sunday, April 26 from noon to ? at the American Legion Post 114, Greenwood Location in Ishpeming.
The benefit is for Clayton Maki, who has been diagnosed with melanoma that has metastasized to his bones. Clayton will be going to Washington D. C. to the National Cancer Research Institute for treatment and his insurance does not cover the expenses.
The cost for the meal is $7 for adults, $5 for ages 4 to 12 and free for age 3 and under.
There will also be a bake sale, raffles, a silent auction, Cuts for a Cause, and live music.
