Marquette – An introductory Tai Chi workshop will be offered on Saturday, April 25 from 9:30 a.m. to noon at Grace United Methodist Church in Marquette.
Tai Chi Chuan is a gentle exercise that focuses on improving balance, circulation, flexibility and strengthening the immune system.
This workshop will include an introduction to the Yang style short staff form.
