Sault Ste. Marie, MI – Walk, run or a little bit of both, it doesn’t matter! Join Hiawatha Behavioral Health for the 2nd Annual ;5k on September 8th! Proceeds to benefit the Chippewa County Suicide Prevention Committee.
We chose the ; (semicolon) as it is a familiar symbol for Suicide Prevention and has the added familiar quote: “A semicolon is used when an author could’ve chosen to end their sentence, but chose not to. The author is you and the sentence is your life.”
At 9:00 am, we will start the ;5k at the new Hiawatha Behavioral Health Psychosocial Clubhouse on the corner of Ashmun and Water Street and loop through the downtown area and back to the Clubhouse.
