The public is invited to an Art Show and Reception on Saturday, August 12, from 6 to 9 p.m. in the lobby of The Landmark Inn. Local painters will be joining with visiting members of the Great Lakes Plein Air Painters Association to showcase recent works that have been done on location at various sites around Marquette. You will be able to vote on your favorite for the 'People's Choice Award. The show is sponsored by the Lake Superior Art Association and the Painters on the Loose.
