The U.P. Diabetes Outreach Network and the First United Methodist Church of Marquette are hosting a free “Taste of Heaven” cooking program on Tuesday, February 27 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the church at 111 East Ridge Street in Marquette. This event will include discussion of disease prevention through cooking, the healing properties of herbs and spices, and new ideas for snacks and meals.
