Yoga Research Study Informational Meeting Jan. 20

An informational meeting for those interested in participating in a yoga and stretching research study will be held on Sunday, January 20 from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Marquette Arts and Culture Center at the Peter White Public Library. Volunteers for the study will be asked to participate in a month long study, with a gentle yoga/stretch program meeting three times a week. Sessions will be offered in February and March. The study will be conducted by Heather Dermyer, doctoral candidate from Saybrook Graduate School in San Francisco. A consultation with your physician is recommended before participating.
