The Finlandia University's Finnish American Heritage Center will conclude its 2006-07 Nordic Film Series with “Kitchen Stories” on Thursday, May 10 at 6 p.m. A repeat showing will be on Sunday, May 12 at 11 a.m. “Kitchen Stories” is a quirky comedy depicting the relationship between two elderly single men, in which the observer ends up being the observed. It is a warmhearted film that celebrates the small pleasures of life. There is no admission charge, but donations will be accepted. The FAHC is at 435 Quincy Street in Hancock.

This adult bereavement group is for all those experiencing the grief and isolation following the loss of a friend or family member.
