Marquette – Ruth Ann Watry, Ph.D., of the Northern Michigan University Political Science Department, will give a talk on “Native American Citizenship – First Peoples, Last to U.S. Citizenship” on Wednesday, November 11 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the Whitman Hall Commons at NMU.
