Ann Gonyea, outreach co-ordinator with the Great Lakes Center for Youth Development joined us to talk about development of effective and sustaining boards of directors for non-profit agencies and how the Center can assist in that endeavor for your groups. She also talked about the criteria to use when selecting and recruiting a board member or members to insure that your organization maintains a comfortable success level in perpetuity.
