“Faces of the Migrant Workers,” a presentation by Martha Hayward which puts a human face on the immigration issue, will be offered on Monday, September 17 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library In Marquette. Hayward traveled to the borderlands in Arizona this spring with a “Christian peacemaker” team to learn more about the plight of migrant workers. Admission is free. This program is presented by Marquette Citizens for Peace and Justice.
