Marquette, MI-December 9th, 2014-Northern Michigan University’s commencement ceremony will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, in the Superior Dome. Of the 576 students eligible to graduate, nearly 400 are expected to participate in the ceremony. The keynote speaker/honorary degree recipient is NMU alumnus Dana Verville of Stryker Corp. The student speaker is Emily Schneider and the student soloist is Alex Polkinghorne.
