Marquette – The annual Uniting Neighbors in the Experience of Diversity (UNITED) Conference will offer Jill Doerfler of the University of Minnesota-Duluth presenting “Intersections: Identity and Tribal Citizenship Among the White Earth Anishinaabeg” on Tuesday, September 30 in the Great Lakes Rooms of the University Center at Northern Michigan University.
She is the co-author of The White Earth Nation: Ratification of a Native Democratic Constitution (2012) and the co-editor of Centering Anishinaabeg Studies: Understanding the World Through Stories (2013).
