Marquette – Wisconsin entrepreneur Tera Johnson, owner of Tera’s Artisan Whey, will present a public lecture on Saturday, July 31 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in the Shiras Room of the Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
Learn how she turned a sheep, goat, and cow’s milk dairy byproduct into a superfood, her business model, and the design features of her facility that has minimal environmental impact.
The event is sponsored by the Upper Peninsula Section of the American Chemical Society and Slow Food Central Upper Peninsula.
