Marquette – A Mental Wellness Lunch and Learn will be held on Wednesday, May 5 from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library in Marquette.
Dementia and depression are among the most commonly occurring mental health problems faced by the elderly population. Learn about the relationship between these two issues from psychologist Helen Kahn, PhD, with Great Lakes Recovery Centers.
Attendees are invited to bring their own lunch or buy from the library café. Beverages will be provided. There is no admission charge and no pre-registration is required.
This presentation is part of Your Mind Matters, a community dialog on mental health issues sponsored by a coalition of community groups and the Peter White Public Library.
