Anatomy of a Murder 65th Anniversary Screening 

Monday, March 18, 2024.  5:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m.  Peter White Public Library Community Room.  Adults, Seniors, Teens.  In celebration of the 65th anniversary of the release of the film adaptation of John Voelker’s Anatomy of a Murder, PWPL screens the classic film starring Jimmy Stewart, Lee Remick, George C. Quick Fics Book Group Monday, March 18, 2024. 6:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Peter White Public Library, Dandelion Cottage Room. “So many books, so little time.” Does that phrase ring true for you? What if the books were little? Quick Fics is a book group for those who enjoy a great story in a small package. We meet once a month to discuss novellas, most of which are less than 200 pages long. We’ll meet at 6:00 p.m. on the third Monday of each month in the Dandelion Cottage Room. March’s novella is Empress of Salt and Fortune by Nghi Vo.

Tuesday, March 19, 2024. 4:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. Peter White Public Library Great Room. For curious kids (K-3rd grade) who like fun facts and have lots of questions, we will explore a new topic each month with activities and the best books from our nonfiction collection. Adult Nonfiction Book Group 

Wednesday, March 20, 2024. 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Peter White Library Conference Room.  Adult Nonfiction Book Group at the Peter White Public Library focuses on narrative nonfiction book picks that tell stories of our past, present, and future.  This book group is for people who enjoy reading nonfiction that read like fiction. Joy Festival
