The Ishpeming Lions Club will be holding a free event open to anyone in Marquette County on Saturday September 9, 2023 from 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the Ishpeming V.F.W. located at 310 Bank Street in downtown Ishpeming. Those attending the up-cycling event will be able to try on and take home free used eyeglass frames that have been donated by members of the community. If you’re looking for a nice way to save money while adding to your style, this event is for you. Choose as many pairs as you would like and take them home that day. Frames for men, women, and children will be available. A retro section will also be featured.
