Parth Pandya, an Australia-based tech executive and head of technology and data at Buzz-er, will discuss “People Analytics and Today’s Manager” during a Zoom presentation hosted by Northern Michigan University’s College of Business. The public is invited. His talk will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday, March 10.
Pandya specializes in business transformation through data analytics, cloud technologies and modern management practices. He started his career as a games programmer and then transitioned to enterprise software design and delivery. He has designed and launched award-winning solutions for top-tier banks in the Asia-Pacific region by digitizing business processes and operational models.
Running large delivery teams and business process automation work over more than 12 years enabled Pandya to transition to cloud computing and artificial intelligence. He holds multiple certifications and extensive experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform. At Buzz-er, he is responsible for applying digital platform strategies to enable customers to create high-performance teams. He also mentors data science/analytics students.
