Marquette, MI  –  February 17, 2021  –  Connect Marquette is hosting a Cooking from Home virtual class lead by The Marquette Food Co-op! Open to the public, you can join this event for just $10 and cook along side Marquette Food Co-op to create two delicious Indian dishes.

These classic Indian recipes are so easy to make, you’ll be able to whip them up again any night of the week! Participants will make an Indian dal and the quintessential Indian tomato and cucumber salad, Cachoombar. The Co-op will also guide you through the creation of paranthas, a stuffed flatbread. Both dishes are vegetarian and substitutions will be given for vegan participants making it an adaptable event for all!
