Superior Central Cougars Football Team July 4th Pancake Breakfast

July 3, 2019

Trenary, MI – The Superior Central Cougars Football team will be once again hosting the annual Fourth of July Pancake Breakfast from 8:30 to 10:30 am at the upper level of the Mathias Township Community Building in Trenary.

The cost is $6 per person, and $5 for seniors and veterans. Children under 5 years old eat for free with a paying adult.

The event is used to raise funds to help us cover the costs of new equipment, which includes a need to replace nearly all of our helmets over the next two seasons due to their age. We will also be replacing uniform and practice gear in the near future as well.

We are appreciative of all of the support from the community, and are looking forward to kicking off the Fourth of July celebrations in Trenary once again this year. Stop on in and have yourself some pancakes, sausage, and eggs along with some juice, milk and coffee!

After breakfast, we encourage you to stay for the annual parade at 11 am, followed by the town’s carnival with bouncy houses, food (pasties, donuts, burgers, beer, and more!) and evening fireworks.

Please also consider buying some Fourth of July raffle tickets from the Trenary Lions Club. Great prizes and a great organization. And there’s also a pie social downstairs in the same building the breakfast will be held in. Don’t miss out!
