Marquette – Build a Better World Book Fair #2 will be held on Wednesday, July 19 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.

Having read a minimum of 20 minutes a day for at least 10 days, come pick out your 2nd free book of the summer! Make sure to bring your reading log as you must have it to get your book. Remember to record your minutes/hours. Participants in the summer reading program collectively need to reach 8,000 hours of reading by the end of summer to earn the ice-cream library lock-in!

Calumet – The Movie Magic Film Series will present a screening of “Zootopia” on Wednesday, July 19 at 7 p.m. at the Calumet Theatre, 340 Sixth Street in Calumet.

Admission is $1 per person with fresh popcorn and concessions for sale. Kids 13 and under have a chance to win prizes including a bike.
